`The ’371 patent is at issue in ParkerVision, Inc. v. Qualcomm, Inc., No.

`3:11-cv-00719 (M.D. Fla. Jul. 20, 2011). More recently, ParkerVision filed a

`complaint against Qualcomm and others in ParkerVision, Inc. v. Qualcomm, Inc. et
`
`al., No. 6:14-cv-00687 (M.D. Fla. May 2, 2014). That litigation does not involve
`
`the ’371 patent.
