`II. BACKGROUND
`
`In light of events that occurred on July 6, 2015, it is possible (but not
`
`certain) that Southwire Company, LLC, became an real party-in-interest on that
`
`date. Petitioners, therefore, out of abundance of caution, concurrently update their
`
`mandatory notices to include Southwire Company, LLC. Petitioners make update
`
`this within the 21-day period per 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(2).
