`My name is Kevin Greenleaf. I am over 21 years old and unless stated

`otherwise have personal knowledge of the matters set forth herein.

`I am a patent attorney at Dentons US LLP, where I work closely with
`
`another patent attorney, Mark Nelson, on this IPR.
`

`Ex. 1042 contains true and correct copies of invoice nos. 1580344,
`
`SEPT172014, OCT032014, OCT292014, NOV132014, FEB272015,
`
`and
`
`MAY212015, sent via email from Mark Nelson of Dentons to Coleman’s outside
`
`counsel, Jon Goodman of Patzik, Frank & Samotny, LTD. These invoices relate to
`
`IPR Nos. IPR2014-00935–00938.
`

`Ex. 1043 contains true and correct copies of receipts for funds wired
`
`to Dentons US LLP and Dentons Canada LLP in payment for services rendered for
`
`Invoice Nos. 1580344, SEPT172014, OCT032014, OCT292014, NOV132014, and
`
`FEB272015.
`
`5. We attempted to locate the sender account numbers associated with
`
`the payments of December 10, 2014, and February 27, 2015, corresponding to
`
`invoices nos. OCT292014, NOV132014, and FEB272015, but Citibank would not
`
`give us that information. However, Citibank did confirm that the funds were from
`
`Coleman Cable, LLC.

`Ex. 1044fda contains a true and correct copy of a check to Coleman’s

`outside counsel, Jon Goodman of Patzik, Frank & Samotny, LTD., and a letter

`from Mr. Goodman explaining that the payment was meant for Dentons.
