`1 This order addresses issues that apply to both cases. We, therefore,
`exercise our discretion to issue a single order to be entered in each case. The
`parties, however, are not authorized to use this style heading.

`An initial conference was held on January 6, 2015, among Aaron
`Fountain for Luminex Corporation (“Petitioner”); Peter Weinstein for Irori
`Technologies, Inc. (“Patent Owner”); and Administrative Patent Judges Tina
`Hulse, Lora Green, and Zhenyu Yang. The following subjects were
`discussed during the conference:
`SCHEDULING ORDER
`The parties indicated that the due dates in the Scheduling Order were
`acceptable. Both parties also confirmed their availability for the oral
`argument (DUE DATE 7), which is scheduled for August 5, 2015. Paper 10.
`MOTIONS
`Neither party filed a proposed motions list in these proceedings. The
`panel reminded the parties that, except as otherwise provided in the Rules or
`the Scheduling Order, Board authorization is required before filing a motion.
`37 C.F.R. § 42.20(b). A party seeking to file a motion should request a
`conference to obtain authorization to file the motion. The panel also
`reminded Patent Owner of the requirement to request a separate conference
`call with the Board before filing a motion to amend. 37 C.F.R. § 42.121(a).
`The conference should take place at least two weeks before filing the motion
`to amend.
`STATUS OF COPENDING LITIGATION
`The parties indicated that the copending litigation has been stayed
`pending the outcome of these inter partes review proceedings.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that no additional motions, other than those already
`authorized by the Rules or the Scheduling Order, are authorized at this time.
