`Under 35 U.S.C. § 317, the parties to this inter partes review jointly notify
`
`the Board that the parties have reached a settlement of this inter partes review.
`
`The parties will request a teleconference with the Board to discuss termination of
`
`this inter partes review under 37 C.F.R. § 42.72 and obtain permission for the
`
`filing of an appropriate motion. The parties will contact the Board by separate e-
`
`mail correspondence for this purpose.
`
`The parties recognize that the petitioner’s Reply would otherwise be due on
`
`May 7, 2015, pursuant to the Board’s Scheduling Order and stipulations to extend,
`
`and that the parties are instead filing this Joint Notice of Settlement. If later filing
`
`of the Petitioner's Reply becomes necessary, the parties agree that the Reply will
`
`be filed on a date to be agreed upon that does not affect DUE DATES 6 and 7,
`
`consistent with the Board’s Scheduling Order. Petitioner files this document, as
`
`agreed, on behalf of both Parties.
