`Earlier today, January 16, 2015, Petitioner filed its Opposition to Patent

`Owner's Motion for Additional Discovery along with Exhibits 1117-1118. These
`
`Exhibits were prepared in accordance with the rules by application of an electronic
`
`label to each page identifying the party, exhibit number, and page number.
`
`However, due to a clerical error, unlabeled versions of these Exhibits were
`
`mistakenly uploaded and filed.
`
`Corrected Exhibits 1117-1118 are submitted herewith, and contain the same
`
`substance as originally filed Exhibits 1117-1118. Thus, Petitioner respectfully
`
`requests that originally filed Exhibits 1117-1118 be expunged, and corrected
`
`Exhibits 1117-1118 submitted herewith be made of record.
`
`In filing this Motion, Petitioner relies upon the guidance provided at
`
`http://www.uspto.gov/ip/boards/bpai/prps.jsp ("If the wrong document was
`
`uploaded and the “Submit” button was clicked, you should file the correct
`
`document and a motion to expunge the wrong document as soon as possible. Any
`
`motion to expunge filed on the same day as the wrong document will generally
`
`be granted"; emphasis added).
