`Case IPR2014-00920
`Patent 6,771,970
`
`
`
`
`
`An initial conference call is scheduled in this proceeding for Tuesday,
`
`January 13, 2015 at 1:30 PM Eastern Time. In advance thereof, Petitioner
`
`provides notice that it does not at this time anticipate filing any additional motions
`
`not already provided for in the Board's Scheduling Order of December 16, 2014
`
`(Paper No. 12). Petitioner in no way waives its right to request permission to file
`
`additional motions and/or oppositions during the course of this proceeding.
`
`Petitioner proposes a modification to the Scheduling Order as follows:
`
`DUE DATE 4: Remove the Motion to Exclude Evidence as an item due on
`
`this date (June 16, 2015); and
`
`Add a new DUE DATE "4a": Motions to Exclude Evidence due June 23,
`
`2015.
`
`Counsel for Petitioner has conferred with counsel for Patent Owner
`
`regarding the proposed Scheduling Order modification, and counsel for Patent
`
`Owner has indicated that there are no objections to the proposed modification. The
`
`parties will consult with the Board regarding the proposed schedule modification
`
`during the initial conference call. Petitioner will subsequently file an appropriate
`
`Notice of Stipulation, if necessary. To the extent the Board determines that a
`
`motion is necessary to effect the proposed Scheduling Order modification,
