`This Errata amends Patent Owner’s Exhibit 2004, Paragraph 95 (Declaration
`
`of Neil Hannemann) to correct an error:
`
`Furthermore, one of skill in the art would not conclude that the phrase “load
`
`imposed by the vehicle’s propulsion requirements” refers to an actual load rather
`
`than a calculated load. Thus, one of skill in the art would not understand this
`
`sentence to mean that Severinsky calculates road load.
`
