`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner respectfully requests oral argument

`on the issues set forth below at a place and time set by the Board. Oral argument is
`
`presently scheduled for June 12, 2015 (Paper No. 35, Decision on Motion to
`
`Designate Lead Petitioner and Amend Scheduling Order). Petitioner notes that the
`
`following proceedings are also scheduled for oral argument on the same day:
`
`IPR2014-00807, IPR2014-001099, IPR2014-01100, IPR2014-00818, IPR2014-
`
`00819, IPR2014-00821, IPR2014-00827, and IPR2014-01098. To allow for a
`
`complete review of the issues presented in this proceeding, Petitioner requests
`
`permission to use a computer, projector, and screen to display possible demonstratives
`
`and exhibits.
`
`Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued:
`
`1. Whether challenged claims 21 is unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
`
`obvious over Wang and Kudryavtsev.
`
`2. Whether challenged claims 19 and 20 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C.
`
`§ 103 as obvious over Wang, Kudryavtsev, and Lantsman.
`
`3. Whether challenged claims 22-24 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. §
`
`103 as obvious over Wang, Kudryavtsev, and Mozgrin.
`
`4. Reply to any arguments raised in Patent Owner’s Response.
`
`5. Respond to any issue specified by Patent Owner in its request for oral

`argument.
