`November 25, 2015 (Paper No. 47) (the “Final Written Decision”), and from all
`
`underlying orders, decisions, rulings and opinions regarding U.S. Patent No.
`
`6,611,349 (“the ‘649 patent”).
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), Petitioners further indicate
`
`that the issues on appeal may include the following, as well as any underlying
`
`findings, determinations (including claim constructions), rulings, decisions,
`
`opinions, or other related issues:
`
`The Board erred in finding that Petitioners did not demonstrate that claims
`
`10-14 of the ‘649 patent are unpatentable in view of US Patent No. 6,321,231
`
`(“Jebens”), AGFA, Agfa Apogee, The PDF-based Production System (“Apogee”),
`
`International Patent Publication No. WO 98/08176 (“Dorfman”), and Apple OPI
`
`White Paper (“OPI White Paper”).
`
`Simultaneously with this submission, Petitioners are providing a true and
`
`accurate copy of this Notice of Appeal to the Office of the General Counsel for the
`
`U.S. Patent and Trademark Office via U.S. First-Class Mail and submitting via
