`B. Related Matters
`
`Since Patent Owner filed its mandatory notices on June 11, 2014, it has
`
`come to the Petitioners’ attention that Patent Owner has filed numerous new
`
`lawsuits in ten [10] separate district courts. As of the time of this filing, there
`
`appear to be thirteen [13] new lawsuits and approximately nine [9] “old” lawsuits
`
`that have been transferred to the District of Maryland as part of a multi-district
`
`litigation. Thus, in addition to the related litigations identified in Petitioners’
`
`Exhibit 1002, and Patent Owner’s Mandatory Notices of June 11, 2014, the
`

`
