`IPR2014-00766
`
`
`
`Attorney Docket No.: 393032805501
`
`In accordance with the Board’s November 10, 2014 Scheduling Order
`
`(Paper No. 8) and the December 29, 2014 Initial Conference Summary (Paper No.
`
`14), Petitioner and Patent Owner hereby jointly submit this notice that the parties
`
`have stipulated to further postpone DUE DATE 2 by one month as follows:
`
`Event
`
`Current Due Date
`
`Stipulated Due Date
`
`DUE DATE 2
`
`Petitioner’s Reply to Patent
`Owner’s Response to Petition
`
`March 30, 2015
`
`April 30, 2015
`
`DUE DATE 2 was previously postponed by one week by virtue of the
`
`parties’ December 22, 2014 Joint Notice of Stipulation to Amend Scheduling
`
`Order (Paper No. 13). By way of explanation, the parties have agreed to this
`
`further extension to accommodate the deposition schedule of Patent Owner’s
`
`expert, noting that DUE DATE 3 is now moot because Patent Owner did not file a
`
`motion to amend.
`
`The stipulated date for DUE DATE 2 is not later than current DUE DATE 4
`
`(i.e., May 14, 2015), and this stipulation does not affect or otherwise modify the
`
`other DUE DATES set forth in the Scheduling Order (including the June 10, 2015
`
`hearing date set by Paper No. 14).
