`The Patent Owner is presently asserting its U.S. Patent Nos. 8,142,413 (‘413

`patent), 8,048,032 (‘032 patent), and 8,292,850 (‘850 patent) against Boston
`
`Scientific Corp. in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. The case is
`
`entitled Vascular Solutions, Inc. v. Boston Scientific Corp., No. 12-1172
`
`(JRT/SER) (May 16, 2013).
`
`Petitioner has filed five separate petitions seeking review of these patents, as
`
`follows: IPR2014-00760 and IPR2014-00761 for the ‘032 patent; IPR2014-00759
`
`for the ‘413 patent; and IPR2014-00762 and IPR2014-00763 for the ‘850 patents.
`
`Patent Owner has filed a reissue application for the ‘850 patent, Serial No.
`
`14/070161, filed 11/1/2013, and three reissue continuation applications, Serial Nos.
`
`14/195385, 14/195413, and 14/195435, all filed 3/3/2014.
