`1 This Decision addresses the same issue in the above-identified inter partes
`reviews. Therefore, we issue one Decision to be filed in both cases.

`Patent Owner Zond, LLC (“Zond”) filed a Motion for Pro Hac Vice
`
`Admission of Mr. Michael D. Sadowitz in each of the above-identified
`
`proceedings. Paper 29 (“Mot.”).2 The Motion is unopposed. Mot. 1.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c), we may recognize counsel pro hac
`
`vice during a proceeding upon a showing of good cause, subject to the
`
`condition that lead counsel be a registered practitioner. In authorizing
`
`motions for pro hac vice, we require the moving party to provide a statement
`
`of facts showing there is good cause for us to recognize counsel pro hac
`
`vice, and an affidavit or declaration of the individual seeking to appear in the
`
`proceeding.
`
`Upon review of Zond’s Motion and the declaration of Mr. Sadowitz,
`
`we determine that Zond has demonstrated that Mr. Sadowitz has sufficient
`
`legal and technical qualifications to represent Zond in the above-identified
`
`proceedings. We also recognize that there is a need for Zond to have
`
`Mr. Sadowitz as back-up counsel. Accordingly, Zond has established that
`
`there is good cause for admitting Mr. Sadowitz.
`

`ORDERED that Zond’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`
`Mr. Michael D. Sadowitz is granted; Mr. Sadowitz is authorized to represent
`
`Zond as back-up counsel in the above-identified proceedings;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Zond is to continue to have a registered
`
`
`
