`As permitted by the Scheduling Order (Paper 27) and as agreed to by the

`parties, Patent Owner and Petitioner stipulate to revising Due Dates 1 and 2 set in
`
`the Scheduling Order to the dates as follows:
`
` Due Date 1, originally scheduled for February 4, 2015, moved to
`February 25, 2015; and
` Due Date 2, originally scheduled for May 4, 2015, moved to May 25, 2015.
`

`No other dates of the schedule are being revised.
`
`
`
`Patent Owner and Petitioner also stipulate pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(c)
`
`that for IPR2014-00717, IPR2014-00718, and IPR2014-00721,
`
`the cross-
`
`examination of Dr. Almeroth will be limited to two 7-hours days (Feb. 2 and 3,
`
`2015) for the three proceedings, with one day for cross-examination of Dr.
`
`Almeroth for the IPR2014-00717 proceeding, and one day for cross-examination
`
`of Dr. Almeroth for both the IPR2014-00718 and IPR2014-00721 proceedings.
`
`This stipulation shall not affect any redirect or re-cross examination permitted by
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.53(c).
`

`Patent Owner and Petitioner further stipulate that, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.53(c), should Petitioner file a reply declaration from Dr. Almeroth in each of
`
`the IPR2014-00717, IPR2014-00718, and IPR2014-00721 proceedings, the cross-
`
`examination in reply would be limited to two 7-hour days for the three
`
`proceedings, with one day for the IPR2014-00717 proceeding, and one day for
