`the opportunity to present oral argument on all

`instituted grounds of unpatentability for U.S. Patent No. 6,108,686 (see Paper No.
`
`18, p. 15), which encompass each of the claim construction, anticipation and
`
`obviousness issues addressed in Petitioners’ Petition and Reply, Patent Owner's
`
`Response, and all exhibits thereto, including declarations and depositions.
`
`The instituted grounds and other issues to be addressed at oral argument
`
`include:
`
`(1) Claims 1, 2, 20, 23, 29 and 30 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e)
`
`as anticipated by the Reilly patent;
`
`(2) Claims 1, 2, 20, 23, 29 and 30 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
`
`as obvious over the Reilly patent and the Technology & Learning Article; and
`
`(3) Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters, including: i)
`
`issues 1 and 2 above; ii) Patent Owner’s observations on cross—eXamination of
`
`reply witness; and iii) any motion to exclude filed by Patent Owner.
