`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53 and the Order Granting Motion to Compel
`
`
`
`
`Deposition of Sungil Cho (Paper 31), Black Hills Media, LLC (“Patent Owner”),
`
`by and through its attorneys, will conduct the cross-examination deposition of
`
`Sungil Cho. Mr. Cho’s deposition for the IPR proceedings IPR2014-00717 will
`
`take place commencing at 8:30 AM (PT) on February 6, 2015 at Covington &
`
`Burling’s San Francisco Office located at 1 Front Street, San Francisco, CA
`
`94111-5356. According to the Order Granting Motion to Compel Deposition of
`
`Sungil Cho (Paper 31), the cross-examination of Mr. Cho will be limited to three
`
`hours of cross-examination and 45 minutes of redirect. In accordance with 37
`
`C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and agreed upon this time and
`
`place for Mr. Cho’s deposition.
`

`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded by stenographic means
`
`and may be recorded by videotape, videodisc, or other audio/visual means. Patent
`
`Owner may produce a Korean-language translator.
