`Defendants First Data Corporation, First Data Merchant Services Corporation, and TASQ

`Technology, Inc. respectfully move this Court to permit the withdrawal of Robert W. Kantner
`
`and Chijioke E. Offor of Jones Day, 2727 N. Harwood, Dallas, TX 75201, as counsel for
`
`Defendants in the above-captioned case, and to substitute Nagendra Setty of Orrick, Herrington
`
`& Sutcliffe LLP, 405 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, as lead counsel for Defendants.
`
`Defendants further request that Messrs. Kantner and Offor be removed from the electronic
`
`service list and otherwise discontinue receipt of communications in this action.
`
`Mr. Setty and other attorneys at his firm entered appearances for Defendants on April 16,
`
`2014, at docket numbers 57-60. Melissa R. Smith of Gillam & Smith, LLP, 303 South
`
`Washington Avenue, Marshall, TX 75670, will remain as co-counsel with Mr. Setty.
`
`This withdrawal and substitution of counsel has been agreed to by Plaintiff CardSoft
`
`(Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors), LLC, and is not sought for purposes of delay.
