`The ’275 Patent is a continuation of U.S. Patent No. 7,921,320, which is a

`continuation of U.S. Patent No. 7,127,631, which claims priority to U.S.
`
`Provisional Application No. 60/368,474. Skyworks has asserted the ’320 Patent in
`
`the district court cases referenced above. U.S. Patent Application No. 14/028,365
`
`includes the ‘275 Patent in its priority chain.
`
