`Ist der Einspruch zulässig, so prüft die Ein-
`(1)
`spruchsabteilung nach Maßgabe der Aus-
`führungsordnung, ob wenigstens ein Ein-
`spruchsgrund nach Artikel 100 der Aufrechter-
`haltung des europäischen Patents entgegen-
`steht. Bei dieser Prüfung
`fordert die Ein-
`spruchsabteilung die Beteiligten so oft wie
`erforderlich auf, eine Stellungnahme zu ihren
`Bescheiden oder zu den Schriftsätzen anderer
`Beteiligter einzureichen.
`
`If the opposition is admissible, the Oppo-

`sition Division shall examine, in accordance
`with the Implementing Regulations, whether at
`least one ground for opposition under Arti-
`cle 100 prejudices the maintenance of the Euro-
`pean patent. During
`this examination,

`Opposition Division shall invite the parties, as
`often as necessary, to file observations on
`communications from another party or issued
`by itself.
