`1 This Order addresses issues raised in a conference on June 3, 2015, that are
`the same in all three cases. Therefore, we exercise our discretion to issue
`one Decision to be filed in each case. The parties are not authorized to use
`this style heading for any subsequent papers.

`with these proceedings.

` conference call was held on June 2, 2015, including Judges Daniels,
`Moore, and Bunting, and respective counsel for the parties. A court reporter
`retained by Westerngeco was also on the call, the transcript (Paper 73 (Ex.
`2162)) was filed June 5, 2015. PGS requested the call to discuss alleged
`new issues raised by Westerngeco’s Preliminary Responses (IPR2014-00687
`(Paper 70), IPR2014-00688 (Paper 71), IPR2014-00689 (Paper 72)). PGS
`also asserted that Westerngeco’s Preliminary Response indicated the intent
`to file a Patent Owner Response in each of these proceedings, and that they
`wished to resolve that issue because of the impending oral hearing on July
`30, 2015.
`Based on issues raised by Westerngeco in its Preliminary Response,
`including reference to an EPO proceeding involving ION in section IV.A–B,
`of the Preliminary Response, and Westerngeco’s agreement to extend Due
`Date 2 for PGS’s Reply, we grant PGS an additional 10 days, until June 18,
`2015, to file its Reply and 15 additional pages. Also, Westerngeco is not
`authorized to file a new Patent Owner’s Response in these proceedings. As
`discussed in our Grant of Motion for Joinder in the joined proceedings
`(IPR2015-00565 (Paper 14), IPR2015-00566 (Paper 14), IPR2015-00567
`(Paper 14)), the petitions filed by ION in the joined proceedings (IPR2015-
`00565 (Paper 3), IPR2015-00566 (Paper 3), IPR2015-00567 (Paper 3)), are
`substantively the same, including the same challenges, as those filed by PGS
`in these proceedings. Further, Westerngeco filed its Response to these

`challenges in these proceedings on March 20, 2015, and has been afforded
`the opportunity to address the ION specific defenses and arguments from the
`joined proceedings in their Preliminary Response.

`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that DUE DATE 2 for PGS to file its Reply is extended to
`June 18, 2015, with 15 additional pages to address new issues raised in
`Westerngeco’s Preliminary Response; and
`ORDERED that Westergeco is not authorized to file a Patent Owner’s
`Response in these proceedings.
