`Please take notice that Petitioner Petroleum Geo-Services Inc. (“PGS”), by
`
`counsel, will take the deposition of Patent Owner WesternGeco L.L.C.’s
`
`(“WesternGeco”) witness, Dr. Michael Triantafyllou, upon oral examination. The
`
`cross-examination is scheduled for May 22-23, 2015 at the offices of Oblon,
`
`McClelland, Maier & Neustadt LLP, located at 1940 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA
`
`22314, and, to the extent necessary, May 24, 2015. The deposition will begin at
`
`8:30AM on each day, unless otherwise agreed by PGS and WesternGeco.
`
`Testimony will be recorded by stenographic means by a court reporter
`
`licensed to administer oaths. PGS and WesternGeco have conferred and have
`
`agreed upon this time and place for the deposition of Dr. Triantafyllou. PGS is
`
`responsible for providing the stenographer.
