`
`PETITIONER’S MOTION TO WITHDRAW PRO HAC VICE MOTION OF
`CHRISTOPHER A. SUAREZ
`
`
`
`
`
`Petitioner Petroleum Geo-Services Inc. (PGS) respectfully submits this
`
`Motion to Withdraw Pro Hac Vice Motion of Christopher A. Suarez. That motion,
`
`which was filed on April 29, 2014, is now moot because Mr. Suarez has been
`
`formally informed that he is now licensed and registered as a practicing attorney
`
`before the USPTO (Registration No. 72,553). He was formally notified of this fact
`
`in a letter dated May 20, 2014. Petitioner advised the Board of this fact on May 23,
`
`

`

`2014 and was directed to file the instant motion along with an updated mandatory
`
`notice under 37 C.F.R. § 42.8. The Patent Owner indicated in writing on May 28,
`
`2014 that it does not oppose this motion, and an updated mandatory notice listing
`
`Mr. Suarez as backup counsel has been filed herewith.
`
`Wherefore, Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board grant Petitioner’s
`
`Motion to Withdraw Pro Hac Vice Motion of Christopher A. Suarez, and enter his
`
`appearance as backup counsel consistent with the updated mandatory notice.
`
`Dated: June 3, 2014
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
` Respectfully Submitted,
`
`
