`Please take notice that the Patent Owner WesternGeco L.L.C.
`
`
`
`(“WesternGeco”), by counsel, will take the deposition of Petitioner Petroleum
`
`Geo-Services Inc.’s (“PGS”) expert, Dr. Jack Cole, upon oral examination. The
`
`cross-examination is scheduled for February 12- 13th, 2015 at the offices of
`
`Williams & Connolly LLP, located at 725 Twelfth Street, N.W., Washington, DC
`
`20005, and, to the extent necessary, February 14th, 2015. The deposition will begin
`
`at 8:30AM on both days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The duration of
`
`the various phases of the deposition is provided in the Board Order of January 21,
`
`2015 (Paper 37). To the extent it is necessary in order to complete the deposition,
`
`the deposition will continue on Saturday, February 14th, 2015.
`
`Testimony will be recorded by stenographic means by a court reporter
`
`licensed to administer oaths. The parties have conferred and have agreed upon this
`
`time and place for the deposition of Dr. Cole. Patent Owner is responsible for
`
`providing the stenographer.
