`Patent Owner has moved for entry of a Protective Order, and submitted a
`proposed Order (Exhibit A, Paper 19), which Patent Owner represents is the
`Board’s default Protective Order, provided as Appendix B of the Office Patent
`Trial Practice Guide. Paper 19. Petitioner does not oppose entry of this default
`Protective Order. Paper 20.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion to Enter Protective Order is
`granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Board’s default Protective Order, submitted
`as Exhibit A to Patent Owner’s Motion (Paper 19), is hereby entered; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Protective Order shall govern the conduct of
`these proceedings unless otherwise modified.
