`RE: IPR2014-00676 - Proposed Joint Protective Order
`
`Thank you for your email regarding a protective order. Ms. Ellison had originally requested and we had agreed to entry
`of a protective order back on January 16, 2015 and then on January 21, 2015 Ms. Ellison advised that a protective order
`was not necessary. Therefore, I am surprised that Immunogen waited until now to re-request a protective order in
`order to belatedly produce evidence that should have been included with its January 22nd Response. By doing so
`Immunogen has delayed our review of these documents by 21 days.
`
`Would Immunogen agree to join in a request to the Board to extend Phigenix reply due date by one week to April 23,
`2015?
`
`Regards,
`Greg
