`deposition upon oral examination of Dr. Hamid A. Toliyat pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.

`P. 30(a)(l), on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at the offices of Goodwin Procter,
`
`LLP, Exchange Place, 53 State Street, Boston, MA 02109, commencing at 10:00
`
`am. local time. The deposition will continue from day to day until completed and
`
`will be recorded by stenographic means before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized to administer oaths and take testimony.
`
`The exhibits for use during the deposition shall be those filed with the PTAB
`
`by Webasto in these two IPRs (IPR2014-00648 and IPR2014-00650), the exhibits
`
`filed by Webasto in IPR 2014-00649, the exhibits filed by Brose in its IPR2014-
`
`00417, the exhibits filed by Brose in its IPR2014-00416, the exhibits filed by
`
`UUSI in IPR2014-00417, the exhibits filed by UUSI in IPR2014-00416, and any
`
`other exhibits which UUSI may desire to use for this deposition (a list of which
`
`shall be provided in advance). The general scope and nature of the testimony to be
`
`elicited includes the subjects raised by Webasto and UUSI in their pleadings filed
`
`in these two IPRs (IPR2014-00648 and IPR2014-00650), the Expert Declarations
`
`filed in these two IPRs,
`
`the references asserted in the proposed grounds of
`
`rejection, and the ‘802 and ‘612 patents. Dr. Toliyat is believed to reside at 803
`
`Prestwick Court, College Station, TX 77845.
