`CV-13019 (E.D. Mich.) (originally filed June 25, 2012 in E.D. Tex.); and American
`
`Vehicular Sciences LLC v. Subaru of America, Inc., No. 6:13CV00230 (E.D. Tex.),
`
`filed March 8, 2013. Patent Owner is not aware of any other litigations involving
`
`the ‘057 patent.
`
`
`
`The ‘057 patent is also the subject of an IPR petition (IPR 2013-00419) filed
`
`by Toyota Motor Corp. on July 12, 2013, which is awaiting final written decision.
`
`The ‘057 patent is also the subject of an IPR petition (IPR 2015-00261) filed by
`
`Toyota Motor Corp. on November 17, 2014 along with a motion to join this IPR.
`
`The ‘057 patent is also the subject of an ex parte reexamination filed by Toyota
`
`Motor Corporation on November 13, 2014, for which no control number was
`
`available as of the preparation of this filing.
