`On October 10, 2014, a conference call was held. The participants
`
`were respective counsel for the parties, Judges Lee, Parvis, and Anderson,
`
`and counsel for Hyundai Motor Company. The subject matter of the call
`
`was a Motion for Joinder, filed by Hyundai Motor Co., in IPR2014-01543
`
`(“the ’1543 IPR”), which seeks to join that proceeding with this proceeding.
`
`During the conference call, counsel for Patent Owner indicated that he
`
`would be representing Patent Owner in the ’1543 IPR and Patent Owner
`
`likely would not oppose the Motion for Joinder. Also during the conference
`
`call, counsel for Petitioner indicated that Petitioner does not oppose the
`
`Motion for Joinder, if joinder would not affect Petitioner’s ability to settle
`
`with Patent Owner. We indicated that Petitioner’s ability to settle separately
`
`with Patent Owner would not be affected by granting the Motion for Joinder.

`ORDERED both Petitioner and Patent Owner have until October 17,
`
`2014, to file any Opposition to the Motion to Joinder filed by Hyundai
`
`Motor Company in the ’1543 IPR; and
`

`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file its Opposition, if
`
`any, both in the ’1543 IPR and in this proceeding, and Petitioner shall file its
`
`Opposition, if any, in this proceeding.
