`This Order revises the Scheduling Order that was previously entered
`
`on September 30, 2014 in the above-referenced cases. That original Order
`set the date for oral argument to occur on June 11, 2015. Because the above-
`referenced cases relate to, and have significant overlap with, a series of cases
`scheduled to be heard three-weeks later on July 1, 2015, we determine that,
`as a matter of efficiency, the hearing in the above-referenced cases should be
`consolidated with the hearing to be held on July 1, 2015. As such, Due Date
`7 in each of the above-referenced cases is modified as follows:

`The time and duration of oral argument will be determined at a later

`date if, and when, either party requests it. All other dates in the Scheduling
`Order, as originally entered on September 30, 2014 and modified by
