`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owners Novartis AG and LTS

`Lohmann Therapie-Systeme AG, by and through their attorneys will conduct
`
`cross-examination by deposition of Agis Kydonieus, Ph.D. The deposition will
`
`take place starting at 9:30 am EST on April 20, 2015 at the New York office of
`
`Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, One Broadway, New York, NY 10004. In accordance
`
`with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and have agreed upon this
`
`date and time for Dr. Kydonieus’s deposition.
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded by stenographic means
`
`and/or by audiotape. The parties have further agreed pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.53(a) that the deposition will be recorded by video.
