`Patent Owner submits this paper on behalf of both parties to give the Board

`notice that the parties have stipulated to a change in the current schedule. Pursuant
`
`to the Scheduling Order dated September 4, 2014 (Paper 9) and in accordance with
`
`77 Fed. Reg. 48756, 48765 (Aug. 14, 2012), Patent Owner has requested and
`
`Petitioner does not oppose a change in the Scheduling Order and, as a result, Patent
`
`Owner and Petitioner hereby stipulate and request that the Board change the
`
`Scheduling Order as follows:
`
`1. Modify DUE DATE 1 from November 25, 2014 to December 5, 2014;
`
`and
`
`2. Modify DUE DATE 2 from February 17, 2015 to February 27, 2015.
`
`The parties are not requesting any changes to DUE DATES 3-7, and believe the
`
`short requested extension will not otherwise affect the schedule.
