`
`Before JAMESON LEE, HOWARD B. BLANKENSHIP, and JUSTIN BUSCH,
`Administrative Patent Judges.
`
`
`PETITIONERS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW
`JEFFREY MILLER AS LEAD COUNSEL
`
`Pursuant to 37 CFR § 42.10 (e) and authorization provided via email from the
`
`Board on March 18, 2015, Petitioners Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung
`
`Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC (collectively,
`
`“Samsung”) respectfully move that the Board grant permission for Jeffery Miller,
`
`formerly of Dickstein Shapiro LLP, to withdraw as Samsung’s counsel in the above-
`
`captioned proceeding. Mr. Miller has changed law firms and consequently can no
`
`longer represent Samsung in connection with this matter. Patent Owner does not
`
`
`
`

`
`
`
`oppose this motion.
`
`Petitioners have concurrently with this motion filed a Motion to Change
`
`Designation of Lead Counsel, designating J. Steven Baughman (Reg. No. 47.414) of
`
`Ropes & Gray LLP as lead counsel and a new Power of Attorney signed by Samsung,
`
`appointing Mr. Baughman as lead counsel. Petitioners’ new Power of Attorney in this
`
`proceeding revokes all previously filed Powers of Attorney.
`
`In connection with this motion, Samsung does not request an extension of any
`
`currently scheduled deadline in the above-identified case.
