`
`
`On June 5, 2014, Petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw requesting
`withdrawal of its current lead and back-up counsel, Eldora L. Ellison and
`Robert G. Sterne, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Paper 24. Petitioner
`filed contemporaneously a new power of attorney (Paper 23), designating
`Joseph P. Meara (Reg. No. 44,932) as new lead counsel, and
`Michael R. Houston (Reg. No. 58,486) as new backup counsel.
`Counsel may withdraw from an inter partes review proceeding with
`authorization from the Board. 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Counsel for Petitioner
`obtained permission to file the motion to withdraw in an e-mail dated
`May 30, 2014. As the motion designates new lead counsel, who is a
`registered practitioner, and does not seek any time extensions, we grant
`Petitoner’s motion.
`The new power of attorney does not revoke prior powers of attorney.
`See Paper 1. Consequently, the power of attorney granted Eldora L. Ellison
`and Robert G. Sterne have not been revoked, and they remain of record in
`this proceeding.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Eldora L. Ellison and Robert G. Sterne
`are permitted to withdraw as counsel in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Joseph P. Meara is recognized as
`Petitioner’s lead counsel in this proceeding;
