It is not intended to providecomplete design specifications or parameters nor to assure the quality of performance of suchequipment.NENA reserves the right to revise this Technical Reference for any reason including, but notlimited to, conformity with criteria or standards promulgated by various agencies, utilization ofadvances in the state of the technical arts or to reflect changes in the design of equipment orservices described therein.It is possible that certain advances in technology will precede these revisions.
