`T1‘Ell1SC€1\’€1‘). Military Micro-RIT. L—RlT (Laptop Remote Image T1'a11sceiVer). and PICS

`(Portable lmage Computer System). Based on my direct knowledge of these product
`
`development projects a11d my understanding of United States pate11t no. 7.365.871 ("the

`‘871 patent"). all of these product dexl-'e1opn1e11t projects involved the development 01'
`
`i11\’e11ti\'e subject matter utilized in the reduction to practice of elements of the invention
`
`ofDavid Monroe as claimed in claims 1-15 of the °871 pate11t.

`The L-RIT product de\'elopment project was directed to an apparatus in the form
