`The parties have conferred and agreed to change DUE DATE 1 from November 6,
`
`2014 to November 13, 2014, and to change DUE DATE 2 from December 4, 2014 to
`
`December 18, 2014.
`
`Please note that DUE DATE 2 is erroneously stated in the Scheduling Order as
`
`December 4, 2015. Both parties agree that the original date was intended to be
`
`December 4, 2014.
`
`These changes are in accordance with the policy set forth in the scheduling order that
`
`DUE DATES 1-5 may be changed by stipulation.
`
`This stipulated date was made coupled with a continuing agreement by Patent owner
`
`that it will not seek a motion to amend the patent or claims.
`
