`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), requiring a separate paper requesting oral
`
`argument and specifying issues to be argued, Petitioner Apple Inc. respectfully
`
`submits this Request for Oral Argument on behalf of Apple. As specified in the
`
`Board’s July 31, 2014 Scheduling Orders in IPR2014-00403 and IPR2014-00404,
`
`Oral Argument is scheduled for April 27, 2015.
`
`Given the significant overlap of issues between IPR2014-00403 and
`
`IPR2014-00404, Petitioner requests 60 minutes of cumulative argument time for
`
`those proceedings. In particular, Petitioner proposes that it present argument on
`
`both IPR2014-00403 and IPR2014-00404 as to the issues identified below, that
`
`Patent Owner follow with its response, and that Petitioner use its remaining time
`
`for rebuttal.
`
`• Grounds for which inter partes review was instituted for the ’274
`patent and any issue raised in the Board’s Institution Decisions in
`IPR2014-00403, IPR2014-00404, IPR2014-00483, and IPR2014-
`00484.
`• Any issue addressed in Petitioner’s papers in IPR2014-00403 and
`IPR2014-00404, including but not limited to the Petitions and
`Petitioner’s Reply Briefs.
`• Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all issues, including the
`issues listed above and any issues raised in Patent Owner’s Responses
`in IPR2014-00403 and IPR2014-00404, or Patent Owner’s Motions to
`Exclude (if any).

`Petitioner requests permission to use audio/visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including a projector and screen for Power Point or PDF
`
`slides, as well as a hard copy document projector.
