`deposition testimony taken in IPR2014-00110 and IPR2014-00111 can be used in

`IPR2014-00395 to the same extent as if it was originally taken in IPR2014-00395.

`This Notice also reflects that the parties agree that Due Date 4 in IPR2014-00395
`
`is December 31, 2014, to correct a typographical error regarding Due Date 4 in the
`
`Board’s Order dated October 29, 2014 (IPR2014-00395, Paper 20) in which Due
`
`Date 4 was listed as December 31, 2015.
`
`This paper is being filed by Petitioner with the approval of counsel for Pa-
`
`tent Owner.
