`A conference call was conducted on October 24, 2014, among
`Administrative Patent Judges Weatherly, Snedden, and Grossman and
`counsel for Petitioner and Patent Owner. Patent Owner requested the call to
`discuss Patent Owner’s desire to file a Substitute Patent Owner’s Response.
`Before the conference, we instructed the parties via e-mail to prepare to

`discuss the possible unification of the hearing in this proceeding with the
`hearing in IPR2014-00110 and IPR2014-00111.
`We instructed the parties to confer in more detail on whether a
`Substitute Patent Owner’s Response was required or desirable. We also
`instructed the parties to confer in an effort to coordinate schedules among all
`three instituted proceedings relating to the patent at issue so that a single
`hearing could be conducted for all three proceedings. We also informed the
`parties that we would reconvene the discussion on both issues on Tuesday,
`October 28, 2014, at a time mutually agreeable to the parties and the panel
`members.
