`Case No. IPR2014-00325
`Patent No. 8,475,832
`Attorney Docket No. 117744-00041
`
`Patent Owner RB Pharmaceuticals Limited and Petitioner BioDelivery
`
`Sciences International, Inc. jointly stipulate to different dates for Due Dates 1 and
`
`2. As reflected in the below Revised Due Date Schedule, the parties have agreed
`
`to change Due Date 1 to November 7, 2014, and Due Date 2 to January 30, 2015.
`
`The Revised Due Date Schedule also reflects that Patent Owner does not plan to
`
`make a motion to amend the patent in this proceeding. Furthermore, the parties
`
`stipulate to waive enforcement of 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(2) to the extent that it
`
`requires cross-examination to take place more than one week before the filing date
`
`for any paper in which the cross-examination testimony is expected to be used.
`
`The parties agree to work together to set reasonable deposition dates under the
`
`circumstances that present themselves at the time.
