`dated September 9, 2009, by the Superior Court of California, County of

`Stanislaus, Case No. 368364. Russell L. Hinckley, Sr. and Robert F. Miller are

`named co-trustees of the Andrew J. Toti Testamentary Trust.

`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2), Patent Owner identify the

`On December 19, 2013, Petitioner Norman International, Inc. submitted

`petitions for inter partes review of three additional US. Patents that are asserted by
