`On January 16, 2014, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board requested
`
`Petitioners’ counsel of record to provide information showing that InterDigital
`
`Technology Corporation is the owner of U.S. Patent No. 7,941,151 (the “151
`
`Patent”). As requested, Petitioners submit as Attachment A assignment documents
`
`showing that in November 2004 all three named inventors, Marian Rudolf, Stephen
`
`G. Dick, and Philip J. Pietraski, assigned to InterDigital Technology Corporation
`
`the entire right, title, and interest in and to U.S. Patent Application No. 10/902,740,
`
`to which the 151 Patent claims priority by way of continuation. InterDigital
`
`Technology Corporation submitted the documents included in Attachment A as
`
`Exhibit 11 to its Complaint in pending International Trade Commission
`
`Investigation No. 337-TA-868, and stated in that Complaint that “Complainant
`
`InterDigital Technology Corporation owns by assignment the entire right, title, and
`
`interest in and to the ’151 patent. See Exhibit 11.”
