`2014) directing the parties to pages 48765-66 of the Office Patent Trial Practice

`Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756, Patent Owner OpenTV, Inc. (“OpenTV”) submits a list
`
`of proposed motions presently contemplated by OpenTV:
`
` Possible Motion to Amend the Patent (37 C.F.R. § 42.121).
`
`OpenTV may file a Motion to Amend the patent at the time provided in the
`
`scheduling order. Consistent with the Board’s practice and 37 C.F.R. § 42.121, a
`
`conference call will be made to the Board to confer regarding the proposed Motion
`
`to Amend prior to filing the Motion to Amend.
