`Further to the verbal authorization provided during the telephone conference
`

`of November 3, 2014, Petitioner files the attached Errata sheets for the deposition
`
`of Don Shackelford (Ex. 2013 in IPR2014-00364 and Ex. 2015 in IPR 2014-
`
`00216) unopposed. Generally, the changes made in the attached Errata sheets do
`
`not substantively alter any testimony referenced in any Papers filed by the parties
`
`to date. Petitioner does note that Patent Owner’s Declaration of Gary Wooley in
`
`support of its Motion to Amend (Ex. 2017 in IPR2014-00216) generally references
`
`page 44 of Mr. Shackelford’s deposition, and the Errata sheets correct a
`
`transcription error to replace the word “doesn’t” with the word “does.” In the
`
`event the parties reference any testimony in which the change made by the Errata
`
`sheets is significant, the party referencing that testimony will identify the change in
`
`connection with the reference.
