`The parties filed a joint notice of stipulation modifying each of Due
`
`Dates 2-6. Authorization was given to the parties to stipulate to changes of
`
`Due Dates 2-5 in the scheduling order entered in each case. One-time
`
`authorization to stipulate to a change of Due Date 6 was given in a
`
`conference call on November 3, 2014. The schedule changes that the parties
`
`have agreed upon are acceptable. The parties must seek approval from the
`
`Board before stipulating to another change of Due Date 6.
`
`Although the Board approves the parties’ stipulated change of Due
`
`Date 4, the deadline for parties to file requests for oral argument remains
`
`January 7, 2015, for Board planning purposes.
`
`It is so ordered.
