`Patent Owner hereby submits this Motion to Expunge the versions of

`Exhibits 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027, that were inadvertently filed as “Public”
`
`Exhibits.
`
`Each of these Exhibits is labeled as “Highly Confidential” and
`
`“Attorneys’ Eyes Only” in accordance with the Protective Order, Paper No. 22 and
`
`was never intended to be filed as a “Public” document. Further, Patent Owner has
`
`already correctly re-filed Exhibits 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 as “Filing Party and
`
`Board Only” designated Exhibits as they were originally intended to be filed.
`
`Finally, Patent Owner respectfully requests urgent action regarding this Motion
`
`due to the sensitive nature of the documents contained in the Exhibits requested to
`
`be expunged.
