`Petitioner Wavemarket d/b/a Location Labs respectfully requests oral argument in

`the above-identified trial, currently scheduled for February 3, 2015.
`
`The issues to be argued are:
`
`(1) The ground of unpatentability for which trial of claim 18 of the '970
`
`patent was instituted;
`
`(2) The construction of any disputed claim terms;
`
`(3) Whether Petitioner's Motion to Exclude Evidence should be granted;
`
`(4) The appropriate weight to be afforded the Patent Owner's evidence;
`
`(5) Reply to any argument made by Petitioner in any of its filings
`
`subsequent to the institution of trial;
`
`(6) Response to Petitioner's presentation at oral hearing on all matters; and
`
`(7) Any other issues briefed or presented by the parties throughout this trial.
