`Inter Panes Review of US. Patent No. 6,771,970 (the " '970 Patent") to

`With regard to my academic experience and qualifications, as
`
`previously noted, 1 have a bachelors, masters, and doctorate in engineering.
`
`Thus, I successfully completed studies in a "core" engineering curriculum,
`
`including courses in finite mathematics, calculus with analytical geometry,
`
`advanced calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, computer
`
`programming (Fortran), Computer Aided Modeling (CAM)/Computer Aided
`
`Design (CAD). As part of my advanced studies, I successfully completed
`
`coursework in artificial intelligence and computer networks.
`

`I have testified either in court, by deposition. or by expert report or
`
`declaration in at least six civil actions, and in one Inter Panes Review
`
`(IPR2014-00159). On information and belief, none of this testimony has
`
`been excluded on the basis that I did not possess adequate qualifications to
`
`testify as an expert on the subject matter that was the object of my testimony.
