`take the deposition of Patent Owner's declarant Narayan B. Mandayam upon oral

`examination. The deposition will take place at the offices of Pepper Hamilton, 125
`
`High Street, Boston, Massachusetts on October 23, 2014 beginning at 9:00 AM.
`
`The deposition will be recorded by stenographic means by a court reporter licensed
`
`to administer oaths and will also be recorded by a video recording device. In
`
`accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d), the parties have conferred and have agreed
`
`upon the time and place for the abovementioned deposition.
